Parishioner Survey: A Vision for the Future

Vision for St. Teresa of Avila Future & Feasibility
Our parish has begun the process to further its mission by addressing certain capital needs. The next step in the process is a feasibility study. The results will provide us with valuable information regarding our supporter’s ability and willingness to make these improvements.

The parish leadership has developed a master plan to outline our needs. At this time, we are seeking your input regarding the projects we are considering. The following information describes each of these projects and the estimated cost involved.

Church/Rectory :: Estimated Cost: $1.5 million
The first priority includes the completion of rectory repairs and improvements to the Church’s interior and exterior.

Peace Walk and Building Demolition :: Estimated Cost: $1 million
A peace walk will be created outside of the church. Next, the school building and Avila Place will be razed and a parking lot constructed in that space.

Create Ministry Center :: Estimated Cost: $3 million
The third and final project will be the construction of a new ministry center with office and catechesis space.

Total Estimated Cost: $5.5 million
