Please consider volunteering at the November 18, TOYL parish fundraiser. We’re looking for the following positions:
Greeters: Welcome guests and assist with registration. A great fit for those who have bought tickets but still want to help out.
Spotters: This is a very important role. As a spotter you will be an assistant to the auctioneer during the live auction portion of the evening. Since this takes place during the dinner it is a good fit for those who are not planning to purchase tickets.
Set up and break down: We will need help Thursday afternoon and evening transporting items to the venue, and help with set up Friday afternoon before the event. Also looking for a few people to assist with close out and break down after the event.
